The Hulkster's son, Nick Hogan, is due in court tomorrow and (surprisingly) will not not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, resulting from his gruesome car crash last year. Hogan was speeding and had been consuming alcohol, which is illegal - as he was and is still not of legal drinking age.

Nick is expected to plead either guilty or no contest.

Sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors.

The maximum penalty is five years in prison. How much he gets is up to the judge.

We should all learn from this. Recklessness and too much boozin' ruins lives!

      I hope he at least gets some jail time. Having his parents pay for his friends medical bills won't teach him a lesson. I feel no sympathy for him, and don't care how tough the situation with his parents is. Most of us have gone through worse. He does seem like a spoiled kid and he NEEDS to learn that a disregard for the law and for life has serious consequences for HIM as well. Although admitting his guilt is quite a big step in maturity, and I guess he deserves some props for that. Just a sucky situation all around.

      I doubt very much that his friend would want Nicks life to be ruined, as most of you idiots are saying. Its a tragedy that Grazianos life is close to over, but it could easily have been the other way around.

      I think this is a VERY sad situation. But remember that the friend got into the car & knew Nick was drinking. Some of you are saying he's a spoiled rich kid & he is, but that's not his fault.       Yeah, he should be punished but don't forget he is only 17, therefore he should be given another chance. I hope the young man he injured is fully compensated for the rest of his life and Nick should have to pay. There really is no defense for driving drunk and this guy is rich so can clearly afford a chauffeur to escort him around. His friend got into the car with him knowing Nick had probably been drinking as I am sure his friend was and they both got themselves into a situation where I am sure both wish they could take back.       Also, putting this boy in jail for 2-4 years wouldn't be stripping him of his life. He'd be in a minimum security prison reading books, listening to music and working out of the gym with a bunch of tax evaders, suburban drug dealers, and those kids that beat that girl up in Florida. He would be barely 20 when he got out and I'm sure his transition back into the world would be perfectly fine.

      Getting a DUI like you assume many people on this site have had is one thing. Getting drunk and drag racing on a Florida highway with another person in the car is reckless and stupid.
