Last month, we told you about two idiots in Ohio that had been charged with corrupting/endangering a child after police say they forced a 2 year old toddler to smoke pot.
The two arrested were 18-year-old Melvin Blevins and 16-year old Angel Dailey.
Oh yea, and they videotaped it all!
The tape was discovered after an Ohio pawn shop dealer found it in a camcorder, which shows the 2 year old inhaling and then choking on the pot smoke.
Dailey has admitted to giving the toddle marijuana.
But even more disturbing is the fact that testing showed the 2 year old was also exposed to COCAINE!!!!
WTF!???!!!!!!!!
Dailey plead guilty to two of the three charges she faced Friday morning in court.
She was charged with two counts of corrupting another (a minor) with drugs, which is a fourth degree felony. She was also charged with one count of misdemeanor child endangering. She will have her sentenced determined in about a month.
As for Belvins, he was charged in connection with the incident. He was also charged on other drug charges in federal count which are in relation to a larger drug ring. Also being charged for the same drug ring, include Dailey's father Tim, and her uncle Tom. All have pleaded not guilty.
The child's mother, who lives in another County, said the child was in the care of the child's father who is a relative of Belvin.
The mother, who released a statement, stated “I feel sorry for her. This never should have happened,” she said after the hearing. “That was her family.”

As a mother of a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old, this story upsets me terribly. That poor innocent baby trusted those two morons. Imagine the kind of life she will have if the people around (her family!) her treat her like that - how on earth will she ever be able to trust anyone? I feel so sorry for all those involved. Young kids should not be in charge of babies. The whole thing makes me so sad.

This is an incredibly disturbing story. The people who were in care of the child obviously were not competent. What intrigues me is the timeline of events… how long did it take the pawn shop guy to find the tape and THEN they find traces of coke in the baby's system? So how long, and how often, is this poor innocent baby exposed to drugs? And clearly the mother should never have reproduced!

This story is heartbreaking. As a mother, I am truly disgusted by those people. It's no surprise that the girl arrested for giving drugs to the toddler has relatives involved in a drug ring, b/c trash breeds trash. Kids learn what we teach them. Those two should be in jail, or better yet, just shoot them full of drugs till they die. Children are innocent and there is enough crap in the world for them to deal with throughout their lives without A-holes like Blevins and Dailey compounding problems and making things tougher. Sadly, because of the toddler's exposure to drugs, she may become an addict. I sincerely hope that isn't the case, though. On another note, as parents, we need to keep a MUCH closer eye on who we trust with our children. Just because they are family does NOT mean they care about the child or are responsible.

Why does abortion have any influence over a woman's future risk of contracting breast cancer?
