Blame Wino!

According to British media reports, Peaches Geldof met with police on Thursday about her appearance in the now infamous video that shows her buying what many believe to be are drugs from Amy Winehouse's dealers.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said, “She was not arrested but interviewed under caution at a premises in central London, not a police station… Reports will be submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)."

Apparently, it's the CPS who'll decide whether to prosecute.

Bet she's hoping the CPS' evidence is as shitty as the stuff that they had on Cokate Moss!
