   Ronaldo cannot be transferred until his contract is up or bought out, which translates to 2012. However, the earliest Man U. could transfer Ronaldo is in transfer season 2010. On top of that, Ronny is happy with Man U. as he should be. He just took up the three most coveted team awards in the Man United organization. Real Madrid would be better off chasing Kaka again.

    ManUFan - he can be transferred any june or january. it isn't done when his contracts are up. Real Madrid pays a fee which buys his contract. just like they did when they bought Zinedine Zidane for the world record transfer fee of 44.5 million pounds. He was still contracted to Juventus.

    Cristiano's been the player of the year so far but that's because Lionel Messi's been injured. Messi is by far a better player, based purely as an individual player, he has better skills. Looks how he outshone Cristiano on the 2 legs of the champions league semi finals. Cristiano has to do double work to get past players wheras Messi can go through players like nothing.

    Lionel Messi is the best player in the world. But Cristiano's been the best player this year. Only cos Messi's been injured. Doesn't mean Cristiano isn't awesome because he is, Messi is just a better all round player, most skillful player on the planet. He has that sort of ball control only players like Cruyff, Maradona, Zidane, Ronaldo(the real Ronaldo, the Brazillian one) have had. It never leaves his feet, he is one with the ball which means he has ascended to New God status.
