Bobby Moresco, who won an Oscar for co-writing Crash, is back to work.
The writer-producer is pairing up with Artists Relations Group to portray the story of Alina Fernandez.
For those of you who might not know, Alina is the only daughter of former Cuban dictator communist leader Fidel Castro.
Alina was born from an affair Castro had while married to wife number one. Though, it wasn't until she was 10 years old that she learned Castro was her father.
In 1993, Alina was able to escape Cuba by disguising herself as a Spanish tourist and fleeing to Spain. She then come to the US where she's been living ever since. In exile.
Alina has recently said, "For the last 20 years, I have been trying to show what is going in my country, trying to make people be a little more aware of how glorious we are and how many limitations we have. We are your neighbors, yet you know so little about us. It's going to be a good opportunity to show [everyone]."
The movie will not be a biopic, but rather a multiplot story that will "illustrate the Cuban and American perspectives and ideologies along with Fernandez's story."
They better make this into a good movie!
We guarantee you this will be another movie added to the list of banned media in Cuba that their people will never see.

Miami is a beautiful city that has flourished and is the number one tourist spot because of Cuba and its beautiful culture, just because your a racist piece of shit, doesn't mean everyone feels like that you ignorant ass! Fidel Castro has ruined Cuba. And I feel that this movie will be an amazing opportunity for everyone to see what the real Cuba is like.

Obviously i am Cuban and very proud of my heritage, but i need to let you know a few TRUTHS about Cubas "free eductation and healthcare" First of all, i agree that Cubans in Cuba are highly educated, but when they graduate what can the do with all their knowledge? NOTHING! There is no work! they can't make any money in their professions.
Also, i agree free healthcare is great! but in Cuba's regime there is no MEDICINE! PEOPLE CANNOT GET THEIR MEDICATIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARCE! They have to rely on their family members in the US to send them their medications! My great grandfather passed away in Cuba and my grandmother had to send him his medication from Miami! Tell me, is that really "free" healthcare???????

Also, i am a big advocate of free healthcare, but in Cuba there are is no Medicine. Cubans in Cuba have to depend on their family in the US to send them their medications! My great grandfather passed away in Cuba and was dependent on my Grandmother in Miami to send him his medication. Now you tell me, is this really "FREE"???
Also, did you know that cubans have to take their own linens to the hospital? That they do not have wheelchairs for their sick patients, that they ship all of their good doctors overseas for the government's monitary gains? Before you make statements like you do, you must educate yourself a little bit more as to what the Cuban reigme is really like!

I am an educated person and I also come form a country were there was war for years. I am not giving you my view from an American perspective. I am not saying communism is good. Of course not but ,when Cubans arrive in America they get immediate legal residency and lots of cash to talk crap about how bad Cuba is. If they're immigrants from other countries they send them back to Cuba. You may have to bring your linens to a hospital but they will not charge you for curing your illness.
