I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I'm really pissed that the truth didn't come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn't from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn't start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I'm starting to figure it out. And I'm gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don't understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He's not "NICK HOGAN." AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…"

Brooke made it pretty apparent that getting her GED was not in her best interest. Clearly, she can't spell and has no sense of gramatic skills. Because that's the only truth I care about and those are the only facts people are interested in. Because of your brother, someone will never be the same again. True, the adult didn't have to go inside the car, but even if he didn't, your brother still would have crashed and possibly killed someone else.

Whether or not the victim was regularly a guest at their house, or wasn't wearing his seatbelt, or knew Nick's penchant for drag racing is irrelevant! Nick caused irreparable damage to another human being and should suffer the consequences of his actions. I doubt she would be singing the same tune if the situations were reversed, and some habitually thoughtless and careless friend left her brother a vegetable. Nick still has the use of his brain, and legs, and arms, and will be free in 8 months, and they can still hug him and have conversations with him. If you are responding to me (There is a little respond link there if you were) I never said Nick wasn't at fault, nor did I say him and his friend weren't drinking. They were! But his friend KNEW this. And KNEW Nick planned on racing. And got in the car anyhow. No one forced him. If you are only interested in one sided narrow minded facts, than that's on you. Don't speak for everyone else. I am just being HONEST and REALISTIC.
