You'd expect a successful designer like Italian icon Roberto Cavalli to be hard driving and cold, right?
But, Cavalli reveals to UK Vogue that he's actually a big softy.
Cavalli says, "I give into my emotions all the time. I cry easily, whether at a movie, music or vulnerable young animals, and I could never trust anyone who didn't do the same."
The design queen then goes on the defense, however, adding that "I have never been homosexual, and I never could be. What I love most is the amazing soft skin of a woman. She doesn't even have to be naked to excite me."
It's less believable when you over do it!

Well, how would you feel if a large stereotype of your career was supposing you were the opposite of what you were? I think fashion designers either are the biggest gays you could possibly imagine, completely over the top or like Cavalli, completely in love with women. Or maybe even a woman, though I think it's more likely that the straight ones wonder. The label would suffer if they didn't invoke the spirit of a different muse now and then. You can see it in their designs, the designs speak for the inspiration to me, and you can see the love of women, or the adoration of a specific woman in a line. Or maybe I just study fashion too much.
