Remember Anne Heche? That crazy actress…Ellen's ex gal pal who went straight after their break-up?

Well, turns out that she is broke, according to reports. Or at least that's the excuse she's using to try and get out of paying her ex-husband any spousal support.

On Wednesday, an L.A. County Superior Court judge suspended Heche's obligation to pay child support for July.

Heche has been forking over $14,798 in monthly support to Coley Buffoon.

Yup, she married and got knocked up by some 'poor' guy.

According to court declarations, Heche is $364K in the hole and since her TV show, Men In Trees, was cancelled, she's had no steady income since January.

Maybe she can ask Ellen for a loan???

Not gonna happen!

Anne may be crazy, but if so it's a result of the horrendous abuse she suffered as a child. I'm sure like all of us she's doing the best she can. And no one needs $14,000 a month to raise a child. I raise 4 by myself on $5000 a month.. that I EARN, no child support. I hope she gets this resolved and finds the peace she deserves.

Coley is a great guy, an upstanding guy.
He got suckered into the Anne Heche Fantasy Suite as did so many others.. At least her CRAZY is well-documented!
He raised their son as best he could, knowing putting him into daycare would mean he would be a lesser influence on him as he grew and developed. When you have a child with a CRAZY person, you realize how very important it becomes to keep the child very close to the healthy parent.

Hold up, you mentioned spousal support AND child support. Two totally different things. Now I could understand a judge suspending spousal support but I never heard of one suspending CHILD support in full. If that's the case, the spousal support is still in place right? I really liked that show Men In Trees! They changed it's day and time though and put in it's timeslot some shiteous show. I couldn't ever remember what day and time it was on after that. Probably happened with alot of people. So it's no wonder it was cancelled.
