Kinda concerened about all the racial slinging goin on round here lately. Comments like "thats the best Australia has?!" make me sad. We've got a lot more to offer than Delta.. its just that the big record labels wont throw anything awesomely individual over the oceans, the Aus music industry is beoming a little cramped these days, filled with Australian idols and soft core rock/pop. It needs to open its eyes up a bit, theres so manypeople playing and wiriting music over here, they'll just never have the chance to show it.

Delta is the most genuine singer out there, she has had 8 #1's in Oz, 3 #1 albums on debut, and has won loads of awards, and she still has her feet firmly planted on the ground!

Can I just set the record straight as someone from England. In no way is Delta blamed for Brian and Kerrys divorce. Kerry is an absolute mess, shes come from a very troubled background, drug addiction, abandoned by her mum etc. Shes in a reality show at the moment, and shes an absolute train wreck waiting to happen! Delta is wonderful, she is a beautiful person. She may seem like another generic pop chick, but she has more going for her- she actually sings and plays her piano live and SOUNDS GOOD! I hope she has success in the US, however not sure I would have picked 'In This Life' for her first US single. Its still good though.

As for the whole Brian/Kerry/Delta thing, if you did your research you would know they broke up way before Brian was with Delta. even I know that, and I'm not exactly 'up' on UK celebrities. And if you were Brian, would you really stay with the pathetic mess that is Kerry Katona? Didn't think so.

Unlike most of you, I've met her three times and she is absolutely stunning in person and kind to her fans. She'll give you a hug when she sees you, she's on a first-name basis with her most loyal fans, she always makes time for us. It's pretty sad that you have to knock the tall poppy.

Fair enough if In This Life isn't the best song in your opinion, but why not try some others? She mixes up her styles, and one song does not an artist make. She's got a lot more to offer. She's definitely not a talentless hack.
