The mom-to-be showed off her (seemingly) Botox-free face at the 43rd Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards, where she was supporting husband Keith Urban, in Las Vegas on Sunday.

We can see wrinkles!

That's a GOOD thing.

She isn't that small for 7 months. I didn't show the first time til my 6th month. Your just use to seeing these fat ass women using pregnancy as an excuse to eat like a damn pig! Even my 4th pregnancy I only gained 20 pounds and no I didn't starve myself. I just ate the same as usual.

I think she looks great. I good to finally see a bump. It took her a long time to show. She deserves this so much. She seems like a really sweet person. One question… Why does this woman not have her children. We never see her with them. Tom and Katie are with them all the time. And what is up with them call Katie MOM. They are too old to be confused. I bet they don't call Keith Dad. And I bet if Tom and Katie ever parted. Suri would not be allowed to call anyone else Dad. This is so disrespectful to Nicole. If they did call her Mom, Katie should have kept that bit of info to herself. These kids are too old not to respect their mother. I don't think she even had them for Mother's Day. I don't think she's really pregnant either. It seems like she has been pregnant for a LONG time, and she's barely showing. Most people esp. celebs with miscarriage history don't announce a pregnancy until they're in the safe zone (second trimester).

Her pregnancy was announced on People.com in January 2008. She would have been about 3 months pregnant then and at about 7 now. She just isn't showing enough. It's BS.
