Her voice is terrible! Flat!
She usually sounds horrible live, so I was impressed to see her on pitch for most of the song. When the rain stopped, she looked like she was freezing, and an expression on her face that seemed to say "Can y'all believe I just DID that?!"

She absolutely cannot sing. The only reason the latter half of that performance "sounds" on-key, is because they had to cut off the mic and play a tape (lipsynch), as to not cause electrical shock from the water. Should have just let that happen. Would have made the performance more entertaining. And . . . She looks like a rabbit.

R U Serious? her performance was terrible! Look I work in the music business (formally of Capitol now at another big label) and I could honestly say it was the worst of the night. She was off key, her hoodie was a terrible prop, and the rain at the end was cheesey to the max. I was actually embarrased for her. Not to sure who manages her, but she needs help. Its a good thing is a 6 foot good looking blonde because if a chubby brunette gave that same performance, she would be villified in the media today!

I'll give her credit for trying! The vocals were not great but by comparison to a few other "live" performances lately (um, Britney??) it was stellar. Give her a few years and I think her voice will mature into something really nice.

That performance SUCKED!!!! I saw it last night and couldn't finish it …it was THAT bad. She was off key..she kept her legs spread apart in HER DRESS…WTF? CLOSE YOUR legs …it looked soooo bad. HORRIBLE performance.
That was utterly ridiculous. This little girl has one of the weakest/thinnest voices I have ever heard. I am sure she is a sweet girl, but "brought it"? I think N-O-T. To me, the above performance looks like a little girl trying to be an adult entertainer and failing miserably. Back to the studio for this one, I can see why she chose country as her genre, it's the only one that will let her get away with such an awful voice. Just my opinion, but I don't think she's all that talented…and that's being kind.
