I figure it's one of a few things.

1. It's impetigo however you'd think that it would have run it's course by now and Amy herself would be rid of it. Pictures I saw yesterday she wasn't. So… NOPE I doubt it's impetigo.

2. He's a self mutilator like Amy… she's got evident scars on her arms and active slices up her left arm for all to see. Perhaps these are cigarette burns like some sort of sick sex gig that she performs on him and he lets her. Or he just fell asleep and dropped his cig on himself 3 times. … DOUBT THIS ONE TOO.
