But, Janet Jackson formally announced her Rock With U tour on the Ellen DeGeneres show on Monday.
The trek begins on September 10th, and she's even set up a phone number for fans to call in and request the songs U wanna hear. That number is 323 622 8139.

I agree nobody cares about janet anymore! Before you start and say why did you watch it - I watched it to see if it was really lip synched and any good! Seriously though, this is so 1989. Janet needs to modernize her dancing. She's a great dancer and the fact she performed an old hit on Ellen suggests she has no faith in her current material. Maybe Janet can perform in sold out stadiums if she is supporting act for madonna lol!

I love Janet, but I just feel like she's getting laaazzzzyyyyy!!! And that's hard to say because I'm a big fan and have seen all of her concerts. But that's the challenge, she needs something different and exciting, no rehash. Put a new spin on your old hits (do a different version of your song like u did with What Have You Done for me Lately years back). Get us excited again…u CAN do it!

Janet changing some of the signature moves to RN would be like Tina changing the signature moves to Proud Mary…dummies. Still Janet changes it up on tour. She did nun-chucks to RN during a tour. Which I believe I saw something very similar in Beyonce's last tour.
