Details of Jessica Alba's secret wedding are starting to emerge!
Jess and Casshole Warren were married Monday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse.
They applied for a wedding license and were married 40 minutes later (the time it took the clerks to process the paperwork) in the courthouse's ceremony room, according to reports.
The ceremony room was decked out in white fake flowers. Classy!
There were no guests — it was just the two parents-to-be.
Jessica was wearing a blue dress, hair in ponytail.
Jessica Alba's dad, Mark Alba, spoke exclusively to Latina magazine about his daughter's nuptials. Poppa Alba says, "I think it's good news for her. I'm glad for her. She's a beautiful girl. I'm her dad and I'm happy for her no matter what happens."
What a random way to tie the knot!
Is Jessica popping soon? Were they rushing to get legal and shizz so their child would not be a 'bastard'?

I have a beautiful baby and am not married but in a commited relationship with his Daddy and I DO NOT consider my son a "bastard". He is perfect in every way, in my eyes, and I take huge offense to anyone even joking saying that he is a "bastard" just b/c we aren't married. And the main reason we aren't married is b/c we think that it's not fair that we would be able to have the benefits of marriage while many other commited adults are still not allowed that same opportunity. This is the way my husband and I married. It was really nice, simple, low key. The focus was entirely on the marriage, rather than the wedding. It's a good way to go. We just celebrated our 10th anniversary and will have a big to do for our 15th.

I married a year after I had a baby and we eloped to Niagara Falls to a little wedding chapel with NO friends or relatives. Much less stress that way, and we saved a ton of money on a wasteful big wedding. Not every one needs to be a DIVA you queer.

I think they are a beautiful couple and wish them well, and you know what? Whether or not they were married before the baby is born, it's just wrong to be spouting off about a bastard child. All children are precious gifts from God. A miracle. I would like to say that getting married because you're pregnant isn't always a great reason. You have to really be in love. A baby won't save a marriage. Although I hope these 2 make it! I'm happy for them.

1) I got married at city hall in S.F. and it was beautiful. Just the two of us, stress free and lovely (no fake flowers or cake - gorgeous building). We had already been together for many years. City Hall marriage are fun, cheap, stress-free and not doomed. Doomed is a state of mind. Don't buy into that.

Fake flowers do not equal tacky. The reason you would use fake flowers in a wedding is because of environmental/health concerns. Cut flowers could have pesticides on them which Alba could be worried about given that she's pregnant. Cut flowers because of those same pesticides are also bad for workers (clearly not producers since they get the benefit of the profits). And those same pesticides are bad for the environment because they pollute the water, thus killing fish and other animals and also hurting humans through our drinking water. I would guess that this is why Alba used fake flowers - since it is hard to certify exactly what is organic - especially because she only accepted "green" gifts for her baby shower. Before you judge someone, consider where they're coming from. I know you're in the business of gossip but don't allow your opinions on someone completely cloud your judgement about everything they decide to do. She may not be perfect, as we all are not, but there are some things that she could be doing that contribute positively to society and are not just Hollywood superficial.
