La Lohan was just slapped with ANOTHER law suit!
The claimant, a Columbia University student, asserts that the recovering addict stole her mink coat.
Lohan and the student were guests at a private NYC club party when the coat (valued at $11K) disappeared.
Kids at private schools have stupid money!
What kind of college student parties in the NYC with an $11K mink coat?!
Anyway, a few weeks later, the student spotted Lindsay in OK! magazine rocking the stolen mink.
The poor little rich girl complained to the club and said the coat was eventually returned to her smelling of "cigarettes and liquor."
If it smelled like that, we'd guess that the mink was definitely in Lohan's possession!
The suit filed in NY state court states that Lindsay's actions were "intentional, oppressive and malicious and were carried out with reckless disregard."
The amount of damages sought was not specified.
And, yes, the person filing suit is a desperate famewhore!

Actually, if you'd paid attention when the story broke 3 weeks ago, you'd know that the coat was left to that girl by her grandmother when the grandmother died. When this girl (who lost her coat) realized it was gone she thought it was stolen. Untill she saw linds in it. I would sue HER TOO!
