I'd also love to see more diversity in thse types of shows. Many non-white people like tv too. However, I'm nervous about the black character. They'll probably turn him into a token black who won't get normal stroylines but everything will keep focusing on his race so there will be an episode where his brothers who live on the wrong side of the tracks will try to get him to join the Crips and he will have to decide to stay with the good rich white folk or ther will be some baby mama drama. He'll have to be gay or asexual, go out with the one Latina in the show or be an aggressive sex freak. He won't be allowed to have normal family based stories or teen stuff like the others, it will be lots of drama and aggro and based on his 'otherness'.
