Legendary rock producer Phil Spector has been ordered to face murder charges AGAIN this coming September.

Recall, y'all, when Spector stood trial last year for killing a woman in his home, the jury deadlocked 10-2 in favor of a guilty verdict, which forced the judge to declare a mistrial.

Most of Spector’s defense team quit shortly thereafter, causing delays in the retrial.

The new defense team Spector put together is seeking to have the original judge removed from the case, claiming he is biased against the rock producer.

10-2 sounds pretty damn guilty!

      Good. Everyone knows the guy is guilty. Short man with the "Napolean Complex," who also happens to have a lot of money. History of abusing and threatening women with guns. He's got to be convicted and pay his dues for what he did to that beautiful woman, Ms. Clarkson. This is a guy that truly needs to be punished.

      Re: andrea – Honey, NO VERDICT was reached in the first trial, it was a MISTRIAL, the stupid ass jury was DEADLOCKED and couldn't come up with a unanimous decison! Now, if he had been found "NOT GUILTY" he could put out a full-page ad in VARIETY saying he did it and HOW and he would remain SCOT-FREE and untouchable–well, at least until he murdered some other desperate Hollywood "never was never will be" loser who went home with him in the middle of the night "to talk."

      One of the two holdouts, who had seen Spector in target twice and was the foreman wanted to be convinced by ALL doubt, instead of reasonable doubt. That juror was an asshole and the other juror would do whatever the lone holdout would say. Bet she feels guilty now!!! Anyway, Phil Spector should look into an insanity defense instead of dragging this poor lady's rep through the mud. I cannot wait to see the new trial not only b/c I want to see this freak go down but because the prosecutor in this trial is a hottie!

      Phil Spector hires lawyers, then fires some, then tries to rehire some. It is a delay tactic. He has been slow to pay his legal bills and that's why his attorneys have quit. Now, he wants to further manipulate the process by trying to remove the judge. Don't let this bastard get away with it. He should have been convicted the first time.

      This cheapskate watched his own adopted son suffer and die with AIDS and drift into homelessness. I have no sympathy for Spector, and I bet Ronnie Spector, Darlene Love, and every other talent he exploited and ripped off financially feels the same way.
