Ellen to Marry at the Bush Crawford Ranch?!
First lady Laura Bush and daughter (the recently married) Jenna Bush Hager will appear in next Wednesday's episode of Ellen.
And, unlike John McCain (boo!), Republican by blood Jenna showed support for Ellen's upcoming nups to Portia DeRossi.
In a conversation (taped Thursday) about public figures desiring privacy on their big day, Jenna greenlighted Ellen's request to use the Bush family compound for her wedding.
Ellen: So, the ranch was a great place to get married – it looked like nobody could fly over and get pictures or bother you, really.
Jenna: Yeah, that was really nice.
Ellen: So, can we borrow it for our wedding, can we get the ranch?
Jenna: Sure!
Ellen: Okay, great!
Aww. We've always had a little soft spot in our heart for Jenna.
We all know that the Ellen nups would never happen on the Bush ranch…but wouldn't it be a great if it actually did happen?!

It's not about gay marriage. It's about the 6 million or so Californians who voted on Prop 22 back in 2000 which clearly defined marriage as one man and one woman.
The proposition passed 61-39%. Not exactly close. Who the fuck are these 4 judges to think they are morally superior to the 7.5mm people that voted on it!?!?

I am a strong McCain supporter, but I am not against gays. I don't think that what they have should be called marriage because thats between a man and a woman, but I think people who judge them based on the gender of who they love are very, very ignorant. A little advice, however, would not to bring political issues into such a frivolous but fun website, people just aren't up for it.
Let's not forget her comments on Larry King… she might be a bit confused about what the Republican Party is all about.

Another silly comment. When people say homosexuality is unnatural, they aren't referring to "happens in nature" so much as this definition. They are more referring to
"at variance with what is normal or to be expected: the unnatural atmosphere of the place."
So now you know that, you wont be repeating what you just said above right? Of course you will. You'll just ignore the facts, and hope the next place you say it wont correct you as I have.
Again just to rap things up.
#1 People who are against homosexual sex for religious reasons aren't doing so out of hate (For the most part either) nor are they homophobic.
#2. People who believe that homosexual sex is immoral, then have friends that are gay, or employees that are gay, are NOT I repeat NOT being hypocrites. They are being TOLERANT. Them being hypocrites would them having sex with someone their same sex.
#3. You can be gay, and be friends with religious people and no treat them with contempt. This is called being tolerant. You don't have to accept your friend's beliefs, but that doesn't mean you should treat him or her badly, or badmouth them.
Finally, most gays or anti-gays that do attack the "other side" do it in order to belittle them and their lifestyles or beliefs so it makes theirs look more right. After all, people can't have other people thinking that say, someone has a logical sane reason to believe homosexual sex is wrong. So they attack them and act as if that person was just hateful, or bigoted.
What people don't realize is, in doing so, you are being the very person you hate. Now some believe "because they are right" they are justified. Well that's what the other side that does it believes too. Two wrongs don't make a right.
I guess you love your parents no matter how big a war criminal they may be, but this reminds us that it doesn't necessarily mean they have a-hole children. Jenna seems like a kinder, gentler, more open minded Bush. I wish she could get her mother off whatever pills they keep her hopped up on–talk about 'dead behind the eyes'! Oy!

I don't think you really speak for most America. Take for me for example. My morals and conscience tells me that homosexuals sex is wrong, yet I would NEVER treat anyone differently, or in a bad manner because of it. I am ALL FOR homosexuals getting treated equally.
