Not only is the superstar couple set to give birth to their new twins in the country, but the Jolie-Pitts have just paid a reported $70 million for this estate on the French Riviera.
This latest property adds to their two houses in the Los Angeles area and their home in New Orleans.
Property's always a great investment!

It's SO environmentally wise to own all those houses. And air condition them and heat them for all the help you'll need running them. Not to mention all the private jet fuel to come and go. Because there is no bigger "green"hypocrite than brangelina (maybe Gore and Edwards?). Because they are so rich, I guess they can buy "carbon credits"- whatever the hell piece of crap that is. Angelina promised to be a stay at home mom after Pax was adopted and went on to make 3 movies and drag her children from one hotel room to another.

Once again Perez is ill informed. Real estate is not a good investment today. RE values are dropping drastically and that 70 mil estate could easily be worth only 10 mil in a couple of years. With all those kids they may need to let the private jet, helicopters, yatches and limos go.

I've seen this story everywhere and baffled as to why everybody believes it. "Sources" have already said they bought a house in France at least 5 or 6 times. Hasn't it occurred to anybody that they can't even afford a $60-$70 million home? They are not filthy rich. I don't know what their exact networth but that has to be at least 25%-35% of their money. That's way too much.
They are such hypocrites - everything about them is fake fake fake. Isn't it funny how they make sure the paps always find them when they are out with their kids, shopping, playing, whatever? They obviously do not believe in keeping their family outings private. Who knows, maybe they have deals with the paps. They are so phony - they make me sick. Her brother/former lover once gave an interview that AJ had lost weight because she feels so bad for all the poor people and suffering she's seen, that she can't eat. Brad I think still has a compound of Craftsman houses in the Hollywood hills, plus they have their Malibu house and their Santa Barbara house. Plus the house in New Orleans, plus Angelina's house in the English countryside and her house in Cambodia, plus a New York apartment that is too small for them so they stay at the Waldorf. I wonder a) how they can maintain so many properties and b) why they pick such high profile places to perch. Why not buy a big old house in Connecticut or Marin County or Ojai and stay there when they're not traveling. I don't get them.
So they've bought a vineyard that is actively selling wine and holding tours of the estate, that has a spa on the property…because they are attracted to France's PRIVACY laws? I think we really need to consider the source here. The Daily Mail isn't exactly a bastion of honest journalism and is considered to be a tabloid. Are the children going to play with the spa guests and vineyard tourists? I'm not believing this one for a second until it comes from a more reputable source. I know for a fact this is a spa because my parents vacationed there 2 years ago for a "couples retreat".
Also, who cares how much they spend on a home? They still go about their humanitarian work, and Angelina donates a great deal of her personal wealth & income to support her charity work. They would be hypocrites if they only paid lip service to their various causes and never actually did any foot-work to support them, which they DO.

Even if they are only renting this place, their ostentatious living (tribe of nannies, private jet) clashes with the 'weepy champion of 3rd-worlders' persona… and the funny thing is that their "fans" don't see the disconnect, it's like "La La La La (hands over eyes) I don't SEE it!!" and "Well…well… they just desreve it because they do so much good and they're so pretty!!".
