Malawi's Newest Citizen?

Malawi is reportedly making Madonna an honorary citizen.
The nation thinks it's a fitting way to pay tribute to all the great things Madge has done for the country.
Her Madgesty has provided funds to several orphanages in the land and has helped feed and educate thousands of youngsters across the country.
She's also set to open a girls' school near the capital to help the underprivileged.
Plus, she recently made a documentary film about the African country and, of course, she adopted her son, David, from there.
The only thing left for her to do is have a summer house in Malawi and do some time there, but we don't think that will happen!

If you want to help hungry people - teach them how to catch the fish instead of giving them fish. Madonna, please stop fighting the evolution and give us new good CD because Hard Candy is not good at all.
It's called PR since she basically BOUGHT a child there. The kid wasn't an orphan. And if she wanted to help so bad, she should just give a percentage of her income to educate and feed and clothe the whole country( which she can afford), instead of buying a kid and throwing a few coins at the country, which is what it amounts to. Stop kissing her ass Perez just because she recognized your name in stupid vid- which she only did because she's an old hag and wanted to seem up on current culture.

Perez, Malawi is a beautiful country and it's quite possible that someone would want to spend holidays there! Africa is not just a tragedy - it's a truly amazing place with some of the most stunning scenery, music, art and people in the world. and no, I'm not African, I've just spent enough time there to appreciate it for what it really is.
I still don't understand why all these stars are adopting children in different country's. We have plenty of children here in the united states who need help. Stars need to help their own people. I feel sorry for kids in other country's, but come on now, help people right here.
Madonna can do whatever she wants she's still a talentless nobody!
