Douchebag Is Going to "Treatment"

Former CSI cast member Gary Dourdan faced a Los Angeles judge on Wednesday to answer to the drug charges that were slapped on him just after the Coachella music fest.

El Douchebag pleaded guilty to two of the felony possession charges against him (of coke and ecstasy), but won't have to serve any jail time.

The courts dropped the heroin charges against Dourdan.

Gary has been ordered to enter a treatment program and has to complete 16 classes.

The coke and E charges will be dismissed when he completes the program.

Lucky break!

Next time he slips up, though, and it will happen, he's fucked!

Drug users are just weak individuals. Strong people do not need drugs to feel better about themselves! He needs to get treatment to find out his true problem. Such a shame, everyone in hollywood is addicted to drugs! SAD!

so locking up someone who has a drug problem is the right thing to do? you dont want to try and help them? you guys are such assholes. dont you realize our prisons are overcrowded with people in for non violent crimes such as drug possesion? treatment is the best option. sure it doesnt always work but its worth a shot before we spend loads of tax payer money keeping them locked up somewhere that they can get drugs still, not to mention raped.

Celebrity news and gossip, straight from Hollywood. Are people finally realizing that this "Perez" is just some guy, sitting behind a keyboard, making America look like a petty country of gossipers who don't know that there is a war for oil happening right now? Of course this site is designed to distract you, so you'll just stay cocooned in your safe little computer screen world. What the hell ever happened to revolutions for th e hell of it? Nixon started the christian conservative movement almost 40 years ago. Now it continues. Children of America : learn from the 60's! Tin soldiers and Bush is coming.

"Perez" is a regular guy, not a journalist. This is no place for news. He's manipulating the molded masses. Only you can make it stop.

I Love Gary…Glad to hear he is getting treatment! Addiction is sad and I know several people who are recovering addicts who truely are great people, sometimes people just hit a low in life.

Well I'm happy for him. And he'll be back on CSI, they have reprised his role, which I'm happy also for. He's actually a awesome person, if anyone cared to actually know more about him than his occasional run-ins with photogs, etc. And everyone goes through things. It's a shame that we live in a place where people can cast judgements on you without knowing a damn thing about you! Good for you Gary, there are actually some people who hope you take care and get well.

Drugs ruin generations of family members their standard of living plumits there kids get neglected and poverty stricken. Then as young adults their children suffer and have grown up around drug using parents fall into that trap get pregnant and their children suffer. It all starts with the family raise your kid right be courtious to there needs teach them right from wrong and they will be less likely to suffer the same fate.Close families don't have the same problems growing up in a poverty drug ridden community mom kept us straight not one member of my family and cousins too have suffered from this epidemic. Many of my friends are gone its so sad!!!

At least he's hot, not bald and dorky like Woody Harrelson. Why is he a douchebag? So what if he has a drug problem. It doesn't make him a bad person. I'm glad they are bringing him back on CSI. I want to look at a hot guy, not some lame ass dork. :)

Why is it that because he is an "actor" he gets off so easy?? thats bullsh*t! If it were any of us "normal people" we would still be rotting in jail waiting for a trial. and we wonder whats wrong with this country

  29. 29

What do you mean former actor? I loved him in CSI, how could they get rid of him??

  30. abc123 says – reply to this

    30

Douchebag? Are you sure your not talking about yourself. You're just jealous of talented people (unlike yourself). So he slipped up? So what? Has your fat-ass never made a mistake? He'll be out of there in no time and probably do well for himself.

I'm so happy that he was booted from CSI. IMO His acting always sucked.

Everybody has problems. Some would say that you, Perez, have many.

I liked him in CSI and thought the last show of the season was great, except for when Gary was shot. I don't know how they will reprise his role but if they did, I'd be happy about it. He adds a lot to the cast.

If he wasn't driving, which I don't think he was, then whatever. He is my favorite on CSI, I hope he comes back.

DOURDAN! I was so pissed that he got killed off in the show! He;s an awesome actor who unfortunatly got into some bad shit… but whats the difference between him doing drugs and getting caught and Lohan, Winehouse, and countless others whose careers have benifitted since their mistakes? To have killed him off of the show is bullshit… now that he's gone who's going to be the "Sexy Blue-Eyes" of the show? Definatly NOT Grisham lol… BRING DOURDAN BACK!

It wasn't a Los Angeles judge! It was in Indio, the city where Coachella Fest is held. I was in the courthouse, serving jury duty in the room next to his! I said hi to him. He was crying before he walked in his courtroom!

Listen Piggez, if these drugs were for personal use and not for trafficking, then he is not a hardened criminal but an addict and the court SHOULD help him by making him get treatment instead of locking him up. Enough with this law and order bullshit, you're sounding like a conservative whackjob.

if that were you or me, average non actor citizens, we'd be in the slammer for a LONG effing time. Screw him.

its not a lucky break, they always do that for the first offense. and they always charge you with like 6 things then drop half of them. its the way the system works. or doesn't work, how ever you see it.
