R. Kelly's Old Assistant Makes Positive IDs

A woman who worked for R. Kelly from 2000-2006 testified in court on Tuesday that he is indeed the man in the tape central to the child pornography case unfolding in Chicago.
She also revealed that the young girl who allegedly appears in a sex video with R. Kelly visited the R&B star's recording studio regularly, did her homework there and once brought an overnight bag.
The aide, who's now a music industry exec., said she thinks "so highly of Mr. Kelly and his family," but nonetheless made the damning IDs.
Under cross-examination by defense, the ex-assistant admitted she could not identify either of them the first time she saw the tape, "I was in shock. I wanted to be 100 percent sure."
A woman who was involved in a 3some with R. Kelly and the young girl in the video is expected to testify today, Wednesday.

You forgot to mention the positives on R-Kelly's side. They brought out pictures on the first day of court showing R-Kelly when he was 7, 12, and 15 with a birth mark (a mole) on his back and the man on the video didn't have one. He then show the same exact mole still on his back to this day (like I said, it's a birth mark). Then on yesterday (5-27-08) R-Kelly's side showed pictures of the girl that is suppose to be on the tape wearing braces during the time of the taping and the girl on the tape doesn't have braces on her teeth.
