      The Macy's store at 34th Street in New York (The BIG one) also has mice. I worked there for 2 months and saw numerous little rodents running around. They are unavoidable in those old NY buildings.

      Are you all afraid of mice or where is the PROBLEM?

      Some human beings quite obviously think they are the ONLY creatures allowed to live on this planet!!
      In N.Y. I honestly would be afraid a lot more of a lot of OTHER "creatures" than a few little mice!

      A few mice do not disturb me at all! There are mice in ANY old building if you explicitly SEARCH for them! I do not see any problem with it.

      Actually… I work at the Metropolitan Opera and it's not infested with mice. And I'm not just saying that cause I want to defend my workplace, I'm underpaid and my coworkers are douchebags. Still. No mice.

      Live in NY, and while it's a great city it's also one of the dirties cities. Mice and rats cohabit with humans (GROSS) because people think the streets are one big trash can, and drop their shit all over the place. Don't believe? Pay attention, and don't walk around with your eyes closed.

      um, I work at the Met too…and I REALLY enjoyed the douche bag comment. It's pretty much dead on. Forget the vermin being mice- it's pretty much everyone else there. Wondering what your job is….
