Garbage lead singer Shirley Manson will be joining the cast of Fox's Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Manson will play Catherine Weaver, the CEO of a cutting-edge high-tech company.
Has she given up on singing????

Ya know this show was GREAT in its first season, NOW season 2 will be amazing with the addition of Shirley Manson! She is hot and carries alot of gravity in the work she does. If she manages to bring half of what she brings on stage then she will be AMAZING! Can't wait for season 2!

It's good to see Shirley again. She was a great front for Garbage, sang a pretty good Bond theme, and she knows her age, which means we won't expect any half-ass band "comebacks." Good to see her getting into a new line of work.

OH! I don't think anyone mentioned this, but Shirley is featured on one of the songs from Gavin Rossdale's upcoming solo album. I wasn't super impressed by the 1st single being played on the radio, but I honestly like the song she's featured on.
