    I second that abel. Okay…I really don't get it. Weed is less harmful than alcohol or cigarettes (per the U.S. Government), it's not physically addictive, and even in your great state, it's considered a form of medication. What's the big deal? It's not like he's railing lines of uppers in a club bathroom. Get over i.

    For the people who are confused, the coffee shops in Amsterdam sell small amounts of pot. As long as they don't deal large amounts, the police there look the other way. That's what he's insinuating when he says he went to Amsterdam and went to a coffee shop to have *coffee*.

    There is nothing wrong with smoking weed and it doesn't fuck up your brain. I'm 60 yrs old and have been smoking pot for over 40 years. By the way, I'm a professional in the legal arena and I still grow my own for my own personal use. The laws in this country regarding pot should change.

    Number one, a celeb smoking pot is not news.

    Number two, he's never claimed to be "innocent", he's just a normal 27 year old who just happens to have a talent (unlike most celebs his age).

    Number three, he was just making a joke. If you've watched any of his DVDs or been to a concert, you'll know he has a goofy sense of humor. In the article, a member of the band cracked a joke about Amsterdam and he carried it on. He did not seriously say he actually smoked anything.

    If you know anything about Josh Groban, you'll know that he rarely drinks and doesn't smoke in order to protect his voice.

    Shame on you Perez for posting something so misleading!
