A judge has just denied a motion filed by pussyboy Nick Hogan's attorney to have him placed under house arrest until he is 18-years-old, according to a new report.
The motion says Nick's unhappy with the conditions at the Pinellas County Jail.
How many times do we have to say this???? JAIL IS NOT A VACATION!!!!
Since he's not old enough to be part of the general population, the Hogan's shameful son is being held in solitary confinement.
We're glad that the judge didn't let the little bitch get his way!
The whiney ass just needs to get over it and serve the time.

The fact that the guy wasn't wearing a seatbelt wouldn't have mattered if the driver was driving in a safe, sober manner. If you have a wreck bad enough to put someone in a vegetative state, you were driving horribly recklessly and it is YOUR responsibility. I'm glad his father's celebrity status won't influence the judge to let him get away with it. He has to pay the price, like any other citizen.

This is such a sad case. Of course he wants to get out. The box sucks, my man was in it for 60 days. But I bet he's in a fuckin air conditioned one, as opposed to the usual no air, no windows, roaches, showers just 3x a week in massive florida summer heat. He has to suck it up and face his actions, so he can learn a lesson or two. He should thank his lucky little green stars that he's doing bitch time instead of being brain dead for the rest of his existence.

I cannot stand this boy. He almost killed someone, and he wants his jail cell to come equipped with a fucking tiki bar and a beach. Fuck him, he needs to serve his time! I saw the photos, as many did, and there enlies the reason he is in jail. Maybe, just maybe, this will teach him a lesson…I wont hold my breath though.
They should have waited to have him serve his sentence until he was 18 then put his punk ass in with the rest of the inmates.

As such he had a responsibility in which he neglected.

I used to volunteer for the PIn Cty Sheriff's Dept - Maximum Security.
They are very strict and you are expected to treat prisoners veryt professionally. We were even required to read the prioner's handbook and be courteous at all times to them.
