Poppa Lohan vs. Orange Oprah: It's Getting Nastier!

Michael Lohan has re-opened his divorce case with Dina Lohan because she won't let him see the young Lohan tikes Cody, aged 11, and Aliana aged 14.
And, according to a new report, if Dina Lohan doesn't show up to Family Court today, Tuesday, to answer the claims, she faces "immediate arrest and imprisonment."
In court documents, Poppa Lohan charges Orange Oprah with drunkenness in the presence of the kids!!
She could probably argue the same (if not worse)!
Michael claims that Dina failed 15 of 29 times to bring the younger children to judge-ordered visits with him, supervised by a therapist.
On the April 8th session, he said O squared "arrived toward the end of the therapy session in a completely inebriated and erratic state."
Poppa says in the papers, "and I attended the session with the children as scheduled. During the session, Ali requested that I watch her puppy while she was away, which I happily agreed to do. Ali called [Dina] to eagerly relay my consent. [Dina], clearly intoxicated, became irate. Without reason, she told Ali that I could not watch the puppy and that it had to stay in a kennel."
At the April 15th session, Daddy Lohan discovered that she was 'exhausted' at the session because, "She apparently had spent the prior evening binge-drinking at various nightclubs until the wee hours of the morning. … She was spotted completely inebriated."
That's not all!
Michael throws some other doozies, "When it comes to our daughters, [Dina] has always viewed herself as a manager first, friend second, and mother third. Our younger daughter, Ali … has been cast in a movie and is recording an album. Dina, quite simply, views Ali as a bankable commodity. Dina is a wanna-be living off Lindsay's fame. I gave her everything so I could see my kids."
Dina's spokeswoman did not respond to requests for comment.
We'd be scared if we were Michael.

I have to agree with the Dad. Dina is a complete whack job and really needs to go away and get help. Her show that was suppose to show that they were"normal" just demonstrates how distorted their reality is and how sad it will be for those kids as they grow up and have no core values or sense of really matters in life.
