As we mentioned earlier, Bill Clinton is not too happy about the article written in Vanity Fair that has lead many to believe he had an affair with actress Gina Gershon.
We bet VF is loving the free publicity, though!
And if Bill isn't happy, we can only assume Hillary is going ballistic.
But, it's interesting to see the Clintons aren't the only ones upset.
Gina Gershon, the female being accused of having "sexual relations" with the former Prez is mad as hell.
Her attorneys have sent a letter of demand to Vanity Fair expressing her outrage at what she says are pure lies.
She is demanding a retraction and correction.
The Gershon letter states that the article "outrageously insinuates that Ms. Gershon has had an inappropriate sexual relationship with President Clinton. This is absolutely false."
The letter also notes that "Gershon has only been in the same room as President Clinton on three occasions," with many people present.
Ohhh, the drama!
Looks like someone didn't do their fact-checking.

any journalist who has heard Clinton's original response to Todd Purdum's article knows that Todd Purdum clearly did…got the story right or at least close to home.
Clinton did not specifically counter any of Purdum's statements, but instead went directly to attacking Todd Purdum's character. (calling his a "scumbag", "sleazy")
Todd Purdum is a highly respected, accomplished journalist who was the Whitehouse Correspondent for the NYTimes for years.
Maybe this article was a bit below-the-belt, but as a fellow journalist, my bet is that much of what Purdum wrote is true.
When they resort to personal character attacks instead of particular defense, you know it's hit home.

The facts in this article are scarce and the sources are not identified, which means it is probably hearsay. Have you heard about the Michelle Obama's "whitey tape?" Supposedly this tape has Michelle Obama, Louis Farrakhan and Reverend Wright on a panel at Trinity Church, where Michelle Obama rants about "whitey" and the ills they have done to the black community. There are numerous articles on the web on it since it broke on Monday. They say Karl Rove has the tape on ice and is planning on bringing it out in October once the general election is well under way. I wonder if this is true or not, and if this is the reason why Clinton is holding on to her delegates and not conceding.

Interesting that it's GinaGershon threatening the lawsuit, not the Clintons. VF is not a fashion mag-it's isn't trying to be Vogue. It's my favorite magazine to pick up in the airport, because every issue has at least one in depth, heavily researched article about the lives & scandals of 'untouchable' people of power & wealth. (it's not "30 days to a flat tummy" crap) Just the ads are 'high fashion' I believe that this magazine runs credible stories. Nothing in that article is surprising…..It's just a good reminder what a mistake it would be to let this "couple" back in the White House. Our country needs a president who can really focus on the job, not wondering who the spouse is "not-fucking" with household objects.
