Miz Jackson Goes Spicey

Mel B. will be duetting with Janet Jackson on her upcoming solo album, Scary Spice has revealed.

That sounds exciting!

With the help of her pal Miz J., Mel B. vowed to conqurer the U.K. singles chart following her previous failed attempts.

Her last single, Today, failed to make the U.K .singles top 40.

Scary Spice says, "I'm not scared of having another try. I am working with the best producers ever. I am now ten tracks in to my new record."

We can't wait to hear the collaboration!

    It's all about timing. She released Today after a few years off the map. I thought "L.A. State of Mind" was underrated and musically pretty good. After Dancing with the Stars and the Spice reunion…people were reminded of who she was and what she's capable of doing. I also think she got the performing bug back which is wonderful to see. Let's hope the material on the new album is solid and shows off her fantastic personality and charisma! She's got great energy and is a true star. Best of luck to her!

    i think janet should stick to acting, her music career is over. i don't get why she wants to go on tour now when her album was a disaster. It's not like she needs the money, she's the only one from that family who still has money.

    I think Janet should continue doing what she wants. I feel her touring will be good for her as she has had a lack of promotion via radio, and certain music channels since 2003. Janets tours will be a sucess worldwide as she has many fans who have not seen her in awhile. Janet should also pursue acting as she has a natural talent for it. And this duet could be interesting. More power to Janet and Mel B.

    Re Ya rig I disagree with U Janet may not be the most powerful singer but she can sing and harmonize if you listened to her music before velvet rope you actually hear her voice. I know as a fact Mel B can not sing have you heard her solo album even the production couldn,t hide the flaws in her voice in my own opinion Mel C was the best singer out of the spice girls. It is a well known fact Janet career has faltered since the Superbowl incident which has affected her career big time, it is funny how Justin Timberfake got away with the whole incident just goes to show sexism and racisim still exists in the industry. Good luck to both of them anyhow should be interesting.

    Re: London – I saw Spice Girls clips on youtube and Mel sounded pretty good. So she must have gotten better since that cd you heard her on.

    Truw dat, sexism is still alive. Janet doesn't always know when to rein stuff in for the masses though, so I think that's why tons of peeps blamed her more and said it was most likely her idea for that Super Bowl thing.
