Paparazzo Arrested For Stalking Jamie Lynn!

Sometimes aggressive photogs can go too far!
Snapper Edwin Marino has been arrested for stalking the very pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears in Mississippi.
The Los Angeles-based photographed posted bond on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court next week.
Authorities in Liberty, Mississippi (near the Spears homebase of Kentwood, Louisiana border) said Merino wouldn't leave Jamie Lynn and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, alone.
The paparazzo, of course, is denying the allegations.
If this would have been in L.A., the photog could have stalked all he wanted!

It's about time! I love to look at celebrity photos just as much as everyone else here does, but some of the photos make me cringe when I think of how they were obtained. So many of them go to far……I don't need (nor do I want) to see Jennifer Aniston sunbathing topless in her own backyard, for example. I am curious what people with fame and money do with their lives, but that doesn't mean that I think these people deserve to be stalked by photographers 24/7. It's unbelievable what some of these paps get away with. If I had someone dangling from a tree in my front yard, zooming a camera lens into my bedroom window at night, I'd be mad as hell. It's a horrible invasion of privacy that these celebrities must deal with. There should be a law that states that a photographer must stand a certain number of feet away, must stay off of private property, must not follow in a vehicle, etc, etc……when photographing a celebrity. I'm glad to see someone finally arrested for crossing the line.

By the sounds of your knee-jerk sarcasm, Herr Hilton, I can tell you are confused about the purpose, definition and legality of "stalking." Just FYI Senor Censor, if the laws as they are applied in Mississippi and Louisiana pertained to Los Angeles, New York and Miami, you would be in a shortage of photographs of celebrities with which to compose your web site. And your audience would be left of those who were happpy only to read your delightful words alone, sans said images illustrating your opinions. So, if you like the pictures, you have to support the 1st Amendment and its provisions for the legality of recording images of public figures in public.
