Paparazzo Arrested For Stalking Jamie Lynn!

Sometimes aggressive photogs can go too far!

Snapper Edwin Marino has been arrested for stalking the very pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears in Mississippi.

The Los Angeles-based photographed posted bond on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court next week.

Authorities in Liberty, Mississippi (near the Spears homebase of Kentwood, Louisiana border) said Merino wouldn't leave Jamie Lynn and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, alone.

The paparazzo, of course, is denying the allegations.

If this would have been in L.A., the photog could have stalked all he wanted!

    People please leave her alone. She may have gotten pregnant at 16 - and are we really surprised that a 16 got pregnant? There are 16 and younger than that have gotten pregnant in this world. Ex - the chaos in TX right now. Give her credit that she is trying to stay out of the spotlight - its the paps that are continuing to harrass her.     Good! I wish more states would consider what the paps do as stalking. It's one thing to photograph them on the red carpet but I'm so disgusted at the lengths these pervs go to to get a private-moment photo. It's gross.

    shes got to be ready to pop. she came out with her pregnancy in a december issue of ok… cause i remember perez "christmas came early this year". that was 5 months ago and she was probably over her 1st trimester cause thats when most people start talking about it… very soon i expect. but shes young and sometimes first babies take their time to debut…
