It looks like she'll never amount to more than being on the Z-list and going to rehab.
In fact, she's determined to go to rehab - but one that's televised on VH1.
Really, could it be that she's seeking some sort of fame????
Her stint on Idol didn't work. The sex tape didn't work. We only like her for being a fuck-up!
Unfortunately for Sierra, a Hillsborough judge has forbidden her from participating on Dr. Drew Pinsky's Celebrity Rehab - again.
She has been ordered not to give any interviews or even to appear before any cameras during her year stay at a California rehab facility. She'll also have to remain 100 yards away from cameras at all times.
Poor Jess, that means no making pornos either, we bet.
Sierra was originally charged on cocaine possession and battery.
Her attorney, John Fitzgibbons, is set to return to court on Thursday to beg the judge for some leaway.
As for appearing on part two of the Z-list celebrity rehab show, her attorney argued that he "think[s] she's getting a huge amount of counseling for free," and that it couldn't hurt her career if she were to stay in the limelight.

Also in attendance this Thursday, along with Sierra's attorney, will be Dr. Drew.
How sweet.
Dr. Drew will be at the hearing to update the judge on Jessica's progress.

She was the least interesting person on the last season. That was mostly due to the fact that it was completely apparent that she didn't want to change. I don't think she should be allowed back on because 1) she's probably going to try and make a career out of this. 2) she's no good for the show.

Love her, love the show, definitely would like to see her on it again. And good for her if it helps her career. She seems like a nice enough person who is caught up in something destructive that she cannot control. I've seen enough good people go down due to drugs to know that you can't make blanket statements about these matters. She needs help, she wants help, and if she makes herself an example to others *again* that should be her choice.

I watched dr drew, and she was such a cute, sweet kid. I was very sorry to hear that she ended up in legal trouble again. I hope they can help her, she really is a sweetheart and I wish her all the best. It's tough being young in hollywood, so many tempations. Dr drew seems like a really nice guy, too. Much better than fake phil. I wish them both the best.

I saw this pig at a "meeting" and she was all decked out. She kept walking to the bathroom during the speaker, and she made it a point to look at my boyfriend each time she went. When the meeting was over she was really loud and obnoxious as she walked down the street. Honestly this bitch has had waaay to many chances to get sober!

Almost every addict who has the opportunity to get help ends up going through rehab more then once. I bet if she were to appear on the show again, it would be a completely different experience for her and for the viewers.

I do think she should go on the show and I would watch. I watched on the first one and I think her continuing struggle with addiction will help a lot of young people know about the consequences of bad choices AND that addiction is not something that is cured in one 30 day shot like so many celebrities want you to believe. I feel bad for her and hope she gets help either on or off camera.

Perez. Its really sad that you CONSTANTLY mock people with serious drug problems. Do you know how hard it is to stay clean? People go through rehab numorous times before getting clean. Even when you have a sponsor to help you it still is a difficult thing to overcome.
People end up going to Jail and if they go to jail without proper treatment, they come out more dopesick then they did when they went in. I'm a psychologist and for what it's worth, I have a lot of respect for Drew PInsky and think he does very good work. There will always be some who question his motives, but looking strictly at how he conducts himself professionally, I'm impressed by him, and even grateful that he is the public face of the mental health profession. I think he does us proud. As for jessica, this young woman needs help and I thought she made some good progress - albeit very initial progress - toward the end of her treatment course with Dr. Pinsky. I hope she continues with him — on of off camera. I have hope for her and wishe her the best.

I fell in love with the show CELEBRITY REHAB. Dr. Drew is an amazing doctor… and soooo not bad on the eyes… yummy. That show was a VH1 hit and it opened up a lot of peoples eyes to addiction out there. Jessica was doing so wonderful on the show but I could tell she wasn't prepared to go back out into the real world yet. She is a drug addict. yes I loved celebrity rehab it really showed u that even celebrities make big mistakes and are real ppl. I love Jessica after seeing this and her song she sang once on the show is very very good and deep. I hope she can pull it together cuz she is very talented and a good singer, she just has some issues she needs to get over and anyone with a past drug addiction knows how hard it is.

I loved her singing on AI and felt a lot of compassion for her on CR. I hope she really turns her life around and gets to one day be known for the right things (including her God-given talent) than all the sleazy stuff she has gotten herself involved in via her drug addiction. I wish her nothing but the best…which is why I don't want her on a second season of televised rehab. Dr. Drew has said she is doing very well in her current rehab - the year-long one ordered by the court - and her sobriety, and nothing else, should be her priority now.
