On Wednesday, three relatives of the gal who allegedly appeared to have sex with R. Kelly as a 13 year old in the infamous video tape, testified on behalf of the defense.
All three witnesses claimed that the gal did not appear on the tape.
To date, seven of the alleged abuse victim's relatives have taken the stand.
Prior to Wednesday, four family members testified on behalf of the prosecution and confirmed the girl's identity in the vid.
They said vs they said!
When prosecutors pressed one of the 'defense' relatives about whether the alleged victim's family "has pretty much split in half as a result of this incident," the relative answered softly, "Yes."
Sad.
Also, in an attempt to discredit the 3some lady (one of the prosecution's key witnesses) the defense revealed on Wednesday that she had her baby daddy approach R. Kelly about a $300K payment to 'keep quiet'.
We hope the defense wraps up their part of the case soon.
We want the jury to go into deliberations!
We want a decision!!!

He's going to get off. You have to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt and that ain't happening. They need the underaged girl to testify and say "yes it was me and yes I underaged at the time." That ain't happening either. R Kelly paid her off and she's living in Europe somewhere. This is a waste of tax payer money.

I think R Kelley is going to get off. Not because he is not guilty but because "a shadow of a doubt" is very small. When you have the girl in question saying "it's not me" along with family members, its not clear cut. Plus, the threesome chick has a shady past. Thus, I doubt a jury will convict him.

I hope the jury see's right through this. Let's see… half the family says its the girl, half says its not. But, others that testified, that were not related to her said it was her. Someone is obviously lying and the non-members have nothing to win or lose by saying it was her.
