Despite the occasional slip-up, Shia LaBeouf is really a good boy!
According to reports, he the Indiana Jones star lets his nomadic, ex-drug addict dad live with him — in the garage.
We're sure Shia's garage is a lot more comfy than Daddy LaBeouf's regular digs, a teepee in Montana when the weather is nice.
Why won't Shia let daddy in the big house?
"I love him, but we have similar tastes. Living in close proximity, we get into little battles. Over the fridge, over supplies, just everyday average stuff. Toothpaste, clean towels… it becomes a little overbearing, so we keep him in the garage," says Shia.
But, looks like Daddy's totally settled in now.
"It's not winter anymore, and he's still here," says Shia. "You can't be like, 'Hey Dad, listen, it's time to go back to your tepee.' You can't make him leave."
A good rule to live by — family first!

i love shia…but he said this a really long time ago…like a month ago on Regis and Kelly in the morning, and i think he was just joking. God I love him!
Shia is great. I think he is a very talented & gifted actor. He's the next best thing & he's not bad looking either! Good for him..putting family first. Kudos to him!
