GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A police officer in Ohio said he pulled over a woman he suspected was driving drunk and found the woman's 1-year-old son steering the wheel, reported WLWT-TV in Cincinnati.
Marya Green was pulled over Tuesday.
The officer said that when he came to the driver's window, he found Green's 1-year-old son at the wheel, sitting in Green's lap.
Green, 29, registered a 0.11 percent blood-alcohol level. Two other children, ages 8 and 5, were also in the car.
Green was arrested and faces charges of DUI, driving under OVI suspension, noncompliance and endangering children.
Police said this is Green's third DUI arrest in six years.
The children were released to their father, police said.

I was hit by a drunk driver 20 years ago & nearly died. That showed me what an awesome responsibility driving really is, & made me very much aware of how heavy & fast vehicles are. Transportation is great, but the driver must realize that their actions can result in death. Don't put innocent people at risk. Plus driving under the influence is a total buzz-kill. If nothing else, don't waste your high.
So technically the cop pulled the kid over for swerving. No one checked the kids blood alcohol level!!! Lucky bastard!

A police officer says he witnessed Marya Green driving while under suspension at Buddy Lane and Park Avenue.
After pulling her over, the officer learned she had her son on her lap, and he was steering the car.
An eight year old and a five year old were also in the car.
Police say her blood alcohol content was over the legal limit, and this is her third drunk driving arrest in six years.
The children are with their father and Children's Services were notified.
