Being thin and in shape is great, but that's just gross. If those veins were on her face/neck/legs/anywhere but her arms, she'd haven them "taken care of" in a minute. NOT attractive.
She is a fighter, survivor - looks like it too. This is who she is and she is still cutting it. At what cost thought? Difficult to make another transformation unless of course she arranges to perform on the moon or mars. Then this type of physique makes sense.
