Everbody wanted change in '06. They kicked out the republicans with a Dow at 14000, gas was $3.00 and employment was at an all time high. The 'rats want us to pay $5.00 for gas thinking we are stupid enough to blame the republicans. It won't work. The 'rats won't let us drill offshore and Cuba and China are now drilling 20 miles off Florida. Ever wonder who funds the environmentalist groups? The Saudis. Clinton vetoed drilling in Anwar in 1995. We would have had 5 million barrels a day by last year if he hadn't done that.
What short memories you tweenies have. Bush inherited a recession 8 years ago. Was it Clinton's fault? No. The economy has peaks and valleys depending on many factors that are out of anyones control. The housing market also waxes and wanes. A first time home buyer has never had it better right now. And, don't bitch about gas prices.
