Douchebag Nick Hogan has been transferred out of solitary confinement, where he was being held….for his own safety!
The little bitchboy has been moved into a new cell he is sharing with three other juveniles, also in jail.
The decision was routine, sheriff's officials said, and apparently unrelated to Bollea's request to be transferred, which a judge rejected earlier this week.
It was "the result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification; and the opportunity to house those juveniles who have been sentenced as adults to county time,” according to a sheriff's office statement.
We hope Nick Enjoys his new jail cell.
He's supposed to be there for at least another seven months, and that dirtbag better not be released early!!!!!!!

Pinellas County usually gives inmates 2 days credit for 1 day served, so I believe Nick will serve around four months. I do think the sheriff caved into pressure from the Bolleas to move NIck. There has been at least one 17 year old in jail for a while by the jails own admission in their statement yesterday.
I would cry like a little bitch if I were in prison, I'm sure. His stupid assed friend didn't have to get in the car with him. Drinking and driving deserves a penalty and he was stupid… but he's serving his time.

Yeah Nick was drunk and made a very STUPID decision, I agree wtih that, but his friend did choose to get in the car with some one who was drinking and he also choose not to wear a seat belt. So let's stop giving all the blame to Nick, and say his friend made some poor choices to that night. I do hope and pray he does get better and it saddens me that he probably will not. But there was two adults in that car that night who made very BAD choices, not just one.

Guess what? Jail is SUPPOSED to cause you emotional distress. And if every single inmate got special consideration because their incarceration caused them "emotional distress", every prisoner would need to be released.

First of all…ANDRE…you're a fckn ignorant idiot. I have a best friend in prison and it's not all about people getting fckd in the ass. Why don't you educate yourself before you make such an ignorant comment?? And, Perez…what are you going to do about it if Nick gets out early?? You know he's a "celebrity" and the chances of an early release are in his favor for that reason alone. It is horribly sad to me what happened to John and for what he and his family/friends are going through…but this is NOT all Nick's fault. Unfortunately, John made the decision to get into the car with Nick…nobody forced him. If anyone watched the Hogan's in court, you would have seen that John was like a son to them…the Hogan's took care of him just as much, if not more, than his own mother…sending him care packages when he was over seas and letting him stay in their home for weeks on end. Hulk even paid for John's grandmother's funeral just weeks before the trial. So, everyone who keeps commenting on how Nick should rot in prison should really learn both sides of the story. This ACCIDENT was unintentional!! And, so many of you are just talking shit because Nick is a "celebrity"…what would you all be saying if this was the other way around and Nick was hurt due to John's driving???
