Douchebag Nick Hogan has been transferred out of solitary confinement, where he was being held….for his own safety!
The little bitchboy has been moved into a new cell he is sharing with three other juveniles, also in jail.
The decision was routine, sheriff's officials said, and apparently unrelated to Bollea's request to be transferred, which a judge rejected earlier this week.
It was "the result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification; and the opportunity to house those juveniles who have been sentenced as adults to county time,” according to a sheriff's office statement.
We hope Nick Enjoys his new jail cell.
He's supposed to be there for at least another seven months, and that dirtbag better not be released early!!!!!!!

Pinellas County usually gives inmates 2 days credit for 1 day served, so I believe Nick will serve around four months. I do think the sheriff caved into pressure from the Bolleas to move NIck. There has been at least one 17 year old in jail for a while by the jails own admission in their statement yesterday.
I would cry like a little bitch if I were in prison, I'm sure. His stupid assed friend didn't have to get in the car with him. Drinking and driving deserves a penalty and he was stupid… but he's serving his time.

Yeah Nick was drunk and made a very STUPID decision, I agree wtih that, but his friend did choose to get in the car with some one who was drinking and he also choose not to wear a seat belt. But there was two adults in that car that night who made very BAD choices, not just one.

It is horribly sad to me what happened to John and for what he and his family/friends are going through…but this is NOT all Nick's fault. Nick has been raised to be an entitled, unremorseful ass with no concept of responsibility. His family only wants money. Yes, the Hogans turned on the waterworks during the videotaped court but now they are suing because their true feelings came out when transcripts of prison visits (legally all public record) were released. They bash John and describe how Nick wants a reality deal as soon as he is released. Yeah, that sounds really childlike and innocent.
Maybe John knew how Nick was, but were any of you in the car? Maybe he did freak out and tell Nick to slow down. You'll never know. Because he is a vegetable! He is basically dead and Nick could care less. He thinks that jail should be house arrest in his parent's mansion because he does not realize the implications of his actions.
After countless speeding tickets and other run ins with the law, the Hogans just buy him newer and faster cars. So you can all cry "unintentional!
