The Smoking Gun reports that indicted tech billionaire Henry T. Nicholas III "was a drug fiend who trafficked in cocaine, Ecstasy, and methamphetamine, spiked the drinks of business associates and employees, hired prostitutes for himself and others, and maintained several narcotics dens, including one in an underground lair at his Los Angeles mansion."

Damn!

Not even those billions are gonna be able to get him out of that mess!!!!!

Federal court papers unsealed in Los Angeles on Thursday give a full run down of the crazy life of the Broadcom founder.

The techie billionaire had a dark side as well. According to the court docs he allegedly "used threats of physical violence and death and payments of money to attempt to conceal his unlawful conduct."

This shit will make a good movie!

i saw an article about this guy's indictment today in the LA times, and as I was reading in it, a coworker of mine (I was in bev hills) said that she had met this man before and had been to his house for one of his legendary parties and believed every word of it!

the article states that it had been reported pilots of his jets claim they actually had to wear oxygen masks while flying because he and his friends or coworkers whatever would smoke so much pot on the jet while traveling from OC to Vegas that they were concerned about getting contact high from all the pot smoke!

the whole article sounded like something out of a movie! it went on to say that he had built an underground lair in one of his homes for smuggling drugs and would list costs for prostitutes and drugs as "party favors" when expensing the company!
