Sharon Osbourne has abruptly quit as a judge on the hit British TV reality/competition show The X Factor.

In a statement, she thanked fellow judge Simon Cowell and "the wonderful British public for their enormous support".

Osbourne's resignation is not much of a surprise.

Sharon was rumored to have clashed with her fellow judges, and during the most recent season, she walked out of a show when two of her three acts faced the axe.

Osbourne has not mentored a winning act in her entire run as a judge/mentor for the show.

Now that they're looking for a new judge, hire Perez!!!!!! He'd LOVE to do it!!!!!!!!
