Perez, have you ever read Angels and Demons? It really is an interesting book. Stop frying your brain with Hollywood garbage and read a good book once in a while. Dan Brown is an excellent author, and this movie should be excellent. Give it a chance. You don't even know what it's about.

I was there. They were shooting a scene with Tom Hanks in a brown suit walking up to the Pantheon with some woman I didn't recognize. Halfway up they were accosted by a woman selling flowers. It was funny to watch but I couldn't hear the dialogue

It's not a sequel to Da Vinci code—it's Angels and Demons, another one of Dan Brown's books (previous to Da Vinci Code) that happens to have the same lead character, Robert Langdon.

Angels and Demons is the prequel, and definitely the better book (though I've heard from a lot of people that whichever book you read first tends to be your favorite. I read them in order.) I liked the first movie, but the changes they made to the end made me kinda mad. I hope they don't butcher the next movie like they did the Da Vinci Code. I'll definitely watch, though.

I didn't watch the original movie and not because it looked terrible but because i believe in reading the books. Very seldom does the book translate into a good movie and i hate to be disappointed after reading a great book. I wish they would stop killing books by turning them into movies.

Please get your facts straight. This is not technically a follow up to Da Vinci Code, this book, Angels and Demons came out before Da Vinci. And in my opinion, it's a way better story than Da Vinci. I have high hopes for this film, Da Vinci was great too. Not many movies live up the greatness of their books but I think Ron Howard is doing a good job!

Angels and Demons is not a "follow up". Angels and Demons takes place BEFORE The Da Vinci Code. Ron Howard effectively slaughtered an amazing book the first time, I doubt much will stop him from ruining this one, too.

Angelina Jolie Announces That Her Next Movie Will Be...

Maleficent!

At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually!

Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name!

She explains:

"I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this . The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters."

And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next!

So, so cool!

Gurl is going to ROCK this! Don't U think?
