      i know she's not 21, but the united states drinking laws are ridiculous! In most of Europe you only have to be 16, and I'm from Canada where you have be 19 or 18 in some parts.

      The more you try and stop kids from drinking anyways, the more they're going to want to do it earlier and just end up getting more fucked up. why do so many people in the US have DUI's??
