sorry, but I've had 4 kids and your boobs do not just suddenly get gigantic in the 2nd trimester….that usually happens AFTER the birth. They get a little bigger but not that much. seems odd to me and the dress makes her look like a hooker, not a pregnant person. Put on some clothes.
