'Very Psychotic' Madonna Stalker Escapes From Mental Hospital!
This is terrifying!
Very early this morning, the Los Angeles Police Department announced that 54-year-old Robert Dewey Hoskins, a man who was convicted of stalking and threatening Madonna, has escaped from a mental hospital in Norwalk, CA.
The LAPD are describing the man as follows:
"...A very psychotic man when not taking his medication and has very violent tendencies."
According to the LAPD, Hoskins served 10 years in prison for his actions against Madonna, and he was placed in the Norwalk mental hospital after "an additional run-in with police."
Stay safe, Madonna! We know the police are doing everything in their power to find this dangerous man!

Taken out of context the phrase sounds unsympathetic - but in context he continued on to say that what IS important are the deaths, the maiming of our boys. He's absolutely right - we have troops all over the world and HAVE had them since WW1 - the point is NOT the deployment but the CASUALTIES. He makes that very clear. Use your brain and not your ass when making comments like that.

we actually have troops all over the world, that have been in bases in other countries for years and years, we will probably have troops in Iraq too just like Russia and Korea so really it does just matter about the causalties. also the taliban already stated that is was the main goal to get americans out of iraq so that they could take over and have there terrorist base there. its probably good to have some troops right?

He was saying that's not what our country should be focused on right now, we should be focused on the American casualties and lives lost and focus on how to protect our troops. And as a bit of common knowledge, we will always have some presence in Iraq, after we go into any country we always have a lingering presence there.

So as badly as we all want them home, you really do have to consider the big picture and what is the best way to get them home safely, while not completely making the time they've spent worthless.
His point was that getting troops out SAFELY is far more important than setting a date to just pull them out.

I don't think McCain understands the problem in Iraq. The Iraqi people are unable to calm the fuck down because the Sunnis will not cooperate with the Shiites and visa versa. The troops (I support THEM not the war) wont be able to create a democracy in Iraq because FIRST the people need to get over their differences in religion (Shiites/Sunnis). Therefore, even if troops are in Iraq, it wont resolve the real issue. So, although Sadaam was a HORRIBLE, and corupt man and thank God that he was put to justice, he created cohesion among the two religions. And to the posts above: being liberal has been stamped "horrible" but people don't understand that you can be liberal and a republican (or conservative democrat) You just can't be a liberal conservative (visa versa)

it's not that important, and it shouldn't be done. look, we all know someone in the military, and it would be nice to have them home, but leaving now would cause serious problems in iraq. if we leave, and there is no one to keep things moving towards democracy, then some group of insurgents will take over and things will be just as bad if not worse than they were when saddam was in power. cutting off people's hands for dealing in american dollars, cutting off ears and throwing people off of buildings for saying anything bad about saddam or his regime….it was terrible, and people were scarred for their lives, if we leave them in this fragile state, the outcome will be far worse than you can imagine. perez, there are 2 sides to every story.

Iraq is unstable right now, but they'll be better off (like we all are living in a DEMOCRACY) than under Saddam's rule. We're there to win…for the Iraqis. Until you've lived under a dictatorship (like I have), you have no idea what it's like to not be able to speak your mind. War is a necessary evil sometimes…but hopefully in the end the people of Iraq can enjoy the freedoms we have because of the sacrifice of our military and those of our allies.
