TIm Russert was a great man, loved by so many. My sympathies to his family and the entire NBC family. Sundays won't be the same for me and neither will any election night ever. He will be missed. Luke did a great job on the Today show.

I watched Luke Russert on the Today Show….I was amazed how well-spoken and put together he was after this tragic situation. He spoke so nicely of his father and will definitely carry on everything his father stood for.

It was so sad watching everything about Tim Russert this weekend…he was a great all-American guy! My prayers are with the family and his friends.

What an amazing guy. It's amazing when someone is able to channel all his grief into something more positive and celebratory, like Luke was able to do in this interview. Not just anyone can talk at length about a lost loved one without breaking down. I know I wouldn't be. I don't think anyone would have blamed him if he would have burst into tears, but the way Luke was able to maintain his dignity and a sense of professionalism while still exhibiting all the passion and love he had for his father envoked so much of what made Tim Russert who he was. My thoughts go out to Luke and his mother and gradfather just as I'm sure many other peoples' thoughts and prayers are, but with the strength Luke showed on the Today Show, it looks like he will be just fine.

Jesus Christ….all this incredible coverage. The Pope got less media when he died. Reporters, celebs, politicians, firemen and soldiers die all the time. The sheer amount of coverage is completely out of proportion here. Except for Anna Nicole, I can't recall any similar misplaced volume of news coverage.

I saw this interview and send my best wishes to Mr. Russert's family and friends. He was a rare, excellent interviewer and will be missed so much. He was still young and if anything good comes from this, it might be that I and my family will be taking better care of ourselves with regular checkups, more fresh veggies, less red meats, and lots of antioxidants like Purple.

If there are other 22 year olds out there: Learn something from Tim Russert and his son. Turn off this website and go do something with your life. No disrespect meant to Perez. But when you are 22 years old you can catch the world by the tail. Go on now, don't show up here again until you've done something good for yourself or someone else today. What are you waiting for? Go, shoo. You can make a difference.

Truly amazed!! Shame on all of those rich kids (Paris, Nicole…) who do NOTHING with the advantages given to them. Here is a shining example of someone making the most out of their life and honoring the hard work his father did to give him such a great life. God bless his father and their whole family.
