Not sure who to believe here, but we're inclined to believe the victim's side.
Apparently, the Hogans are receiving threatening phone calls by a member of John Graziano's family, the kid Nick Hogan practically killed when he crashed his car last year.
Clearwater Florida police are investigating the phone calls made to the Hogans.
According to police spokesman Doug Matthews, he could not say or confirm which member of the Graziano family made the threats.
He also couldn't say which member of the Hogans was receiving them. How about ALL of them????
The attorney for the Hogans, Morris Weinberg, does confirm that police have listened to the threatening voicemails, though no information on what's being said in the messages has been released.
Weinberg adds, "Does the family take it seriously? Yes, they do."
Call us cynical, but….
Could the Hogans just be trying to blame the Grazianos and give them bad press for a while?
We'll have to wait and find out, as no arrests have been made yet.

tmz has the voicemails that you can listen to and they are pretty graphic and scary!! Hogans certainly haven't been doing things to help their cause, but the voicemails left by the victims family will eventually lead to an arrest because they are pretty threatening!! Sad!

What I dont understand is this: Everyone is hating on Nick. BUT Both of the kids had been drinking earlier in the day, and John KNEW that Nick was a racer AND was a racer himself. He didnt have to ride with him…if the tables were turned I am sure the story would be playing out a lot differently.
Perez-about 2 weeks ago John Graziano's brother was on a local radio show (Tampa 93.3) talking about his brother and the Hogans and the phone calls…let me just say he sounded PSYCHO. I mean I can understand being completely upset about what happened but this guy seriously sounded like he would have no problem ripping apart each Hogan piece by piece. He was very violent during the interview and I would not be surprised if he was calling to threaten them. He scared ME just listening to his voice. He definitely acted like he was plotting to do something to him. I don't know how to get the audio but if you listen to the interview you'll see what I mean.

There are no winners here, however Nick is honoring his punishment, we all know darn well this kid John loved and thrived the spotlight of hanging with the Hogans, I am sure he liked the money they spent on him…this does not excuse the horrific accident, but I am sure being the young adult he was, he was probably egging Nick on in that car, everyone knows to put your seatbelt on…what a lesson to everyone else who is in the driver seat you are the ultimate person responsible do not press the gas peddle unless everyone is wearing their seatbelt….this family (john's) is just out for blood money. I too heard the radio interview that Ashle heard (93.3) in Fl while on vacation. The brother of the victim was ridiculous in his responses, seriously psycho, making random statements about being a Marine and that Nick disrespected the Marines by doing this to his brother and he better watch his back because the Marines would be after him. Now what the Marines have to do with the Hogans is beyond me, but I would not put it past the brother to be behind the phone calls. Also, hello, the victim didn't have his seatbelt on. Granite Nick should not have been racing, but had the victim had his seatbelt on, he might not have sustained the injuries he did. You should get a copy of the radio interview. It might be posted on the station's webpage.
You know … the kid made a horrible, life changing mistake. But in all honesty, the guy who is hospitalized now … he did, too. I know it's easy to point fingers and say Nick is the bad one, but the other guy was also choosing to be reckless, not wear a seatbelt, and be involved in the intense speeding, racing. I think everyone is out to get Nick too much in the situation - he has to feel like absolute shit that this happened. And it could have so easily been turned around, with the other guy at the wheel.

At the end of the day the driver is always responsible for the people in the car. If your passenger won't put on their seatbelt you don't drive them. Nick Hogan had to learn this in order to obtain his drivers license. Free will doesn't take away that responsibility. He should do his time and get on with his life. Unfortunately the other guy can't do that and he needs to think about that once in a while.
