Truth Or Just Lies?
Not sure who to believe here, but we're inclined to believe the victim's side.
Apparently, the Hogans are receiving threatening phone calls by a member of John Graziano's family, the kid Nick Hogan practically killed when he crashed his car last year.
Clearwater Florida police are investigating the phone calls made to the Hogans.
According to police spokesman Doug Matthews, he could not say or confirm which member of the Graziano family made the threats.
He also couldn't say which member of the Hogans was receiving them. How about ALL of them????
The attorney for the Hogans, Morris Weinberg, does confirm that police have listened to the threatening voicemails, though no information on what's being said in the messages has been released.
Weinberg adds, "Does the family take it seriously? Yes, they do."
Call us cynical, but….
Could the Hogans just be trying to blame the Grazianos and give them bad press for a while?
We'll have to wait and find out, as no arrests have been made yet.

hmmm sounds hella messy. hogans are low down, who knows where the call came from whether them or the family. no matter what or from what angle it just seems like the hogans are going and been going down whether they are doing to themselves or causing trouble for themselves.
again, nick broke the law by: first, being drunk! and second: he got behind the wheel. case closed. that's why you don't never hear of victims being prosecuted. it's who's behind the wheel and what state they're in. not someone riding as a passenger. also, i don't buy this crap that john wasn't buckled in. the fact he wasn't ejected from the car and didn't go thru the windshield tells me that something restrained him thruout that ordeal. i mean, the car flipped over more than once for christ's sake!! and you're telling his neck and spine wouldn't be crushed? you're telling me he still would've survived?? even without his seat belt on the whole time? and don't tell me nick didn't willingly speed on those wet public roads…don't tell me john kept egging him on, when nick has a history of driving excessively *and illegally* fast even without john in the car. face it, nick doesn't give a shit about anyone else but himself and blame john all you want…'he wasn't kidnapped, he wasn't forced in the car, he wasn't buckled in *which nick is the one who told police that*" whatever….there's too much evidence that john was buckled in and too much evidence that nick was drunk. he was the driver and he was driving wrecklessly and was impaired all at the same time. HE broke the law, not the passenger…so whatever happens to the hogans, well…there's a saying 'you make your bed, you have to lie in it.'
Re: LIES – i agree 100000%!! also, since the car flipped more than once and the roof was obviously crushed in, if john wasn't buckled, wouldn't his neck and spine be crushed or even snapped? see that never made any sense…he would not have survived if he wasn't buckled. something restrained him like something restrained nick. and also, john never went thru the windshield, and didn't nick crash on the rear passenger side? so all these nick ass kissers are saying, john remained sitting upright in his seat THE WHOLE TIME based on pure luck? no, i don't buy it…he had his seatbelt on like nick did, i hope the graziano lawyers can get any streetlight cameras or something to prove it…the moment i heard it was nick telling the police that john wasn't buckled, and his careless attitude towards john this whole time, i don't believe one word coming out of nick's mouth. excellent point!
I don't know. I think both kids are to blame here. All I know is that no one forced the other one to get in nick's car.
Both families are acting very immature. it's sad.
Nick Bollea was also caught speeding @ 100 mph with his father in the car! Shame on his parents for promoting this behavior. He received 3 tickets before the Graziano accident. If his father believes speeding in town is macho, then he should be locked up too. Nick will be released in a few month, but Graziano's life is over.

yes it was an accident and yes john didn't wear his seat belt and he's paying with his life now .is that mean nick should get house arrest the answer is no freaking way. and what right does linda hogan have to say john's mom doesn't care about her son and she(john's mother )is doing the happy dance what can of human bein says that to mother who's child is almost dead . and hogan him self says john was bad person and he (john)must've made god angry .that's how low will the hogan go .and as far as john's family making threats who woulnd't .if some one kills my family member and that someone's parents say my family member bad person it wouldn't just be athreat

NO the guy that was ridding with him was over 21 with id or license he was the one who maybe bought the beer he was the one that also knew that NICK raced his car he probbably told him with lets see how fast this car goesno one has ever thought about that there only blaming it on NICK because he was the driver of the car but no one has actually thought about the other guy buying the beer for them hopefully you guys understand my comment.
