      Look, we all know in a couple years Miley will be out of Disney and onto her own Christina/Britney era. This should not be so shocking to everyone that a 15 y.o. girl is trying to look more sexy and wanting to grow up. They all do it, just most aren't celebrities doing it in front of the camera. Yes Miley will probably be a hoe-bag in a few years…so what.

      As far as the picture of them together, have you never seen how a photo shoot works, you're told look here, tilt your head, hand here, look at the light, etc. And Annie is such a pro and fast paced. I'm sure neither was trying to be sick like you guys, they were going for artistic. That is his daughter for crying out loud. He's no Joe Simpson.

      Her Dad is just trying to be a real parent. But I guess you guys prefer someone like Paris' dad who while his daughter puts out a sex tape and whores it up all around town he continues to give her access millions of dollars while being no where in sight. Yeah b/c that's parenting to be proud of.

      Fact is if Billy wasn't trying to be a real Dad and protect/help his daughter through this, you'd all be just fine hating on Miley alone. But Lord have mercy, someone in Hollywood actually trying to stand up for their kid and you guys just can't take it.

      I saw this interview this morning and thought he handled it very well. Meredith brought it up and he did not blame anyone. He just said things in life happen and we learn and move on. Fall down and get back up. He even said he liked Annie and has worked with her before. So i suppose the trust was there and he had a flight to Iraq he couldn't miss.
      EVERYONE ELSE needs to move on. The family already has. He was only there to promote his new show.

      Um, Billy Ray is not a "real Dad", he's a showbiz dad and no better than a creepy Joe Simpson. These parents are disgusting. Fame and the Hollywood machine will turn his daughter out. He's not "protecting" her at all, he's pimping her out and pretending that just because he's *there* for the photo shoot that it must mean he cares more and is more *hands on*. I personally would never put my children out there for public consumption, allowing them to do their own interviews at 15 and navigating their way through a very adult industry. it's bad enough that you allow your kid to be a child star, but to capitalize on that even further with photo shoots is obnoxious.       In the video he said he wasn't there for the shoot only for the pictures he took with Miley, but even those were unacceptable. If Miley has enough responsibility to do what she does now I think she knows enough to know that when you are 14 or 15 or however old she is and a photographer asks you to take your shirt off you say no. Especially when your fans are 8 years old.
      This just shows that her and her parents have bad judgment and have let mileys so called "success" take over from the realization that she is just a young child.

      Okay first, he was ASKED about the photos. If he would have brought them up on his own then perhaps I could see your complaint.

      Second, if he would have stalled or tried to avoid answering the questions the title would have read "Billy Ray Dodges The Media About Daughter Miley's Recent Photo Scandal." It is a damned if you do, damned if you don't catch 22 situation.

      I think that the Cyrus family has accepted the fact that there are a group of people in the world who don't like them. And that is fine, no law that says people have to. BUT the spin doctoring going on is ridiculous.

      I just hope that the Jo Bros, Demi Lovato, or any other celebs who currently have all the Miley haters firmly planted on their jocks never make any mistakes EVER in life.
