I'm a huge fan of the show and this is actually the opposite of what I've read everywhere else. Kendra is the odd man out and it's evident throughout the whole show. Hef doesn't even like her, he didn't defend her when a huge article came out trashing her as the "trashy" one. Also, Kendra has nothing to do with the actual production of Playboy magazine. Holly actually is an assistant editor so this doesn't really make any sense. She's smart and is trying to actually work on something so she has staying power.
