Life plays cruel tricks on people. To have a beautiful mom and to end up with such strange facial features must be hard on you. The least she could do though is to try to balance her face out by leaving her lower inner eyelids free from dark eyeliner. Eyeliner there just emphasizes how small her eyes are and how high up on her face they seem to be. Maybe a hairstyle that frames her face and chin would also balance out her head.
