While I did go to college and get a bachelor's degree, I have plenty of friends that did not and they actually make more money than me…. it might have been because I chose to work for law enforcement…..but nevertheless….that diploma doesn't necessarily guarantee you a fortune…by ANY stretch of the imagination.

They actually make good money - it is union & there is a lot of room to move up. My neighbor growing up started as a pipe fitter & then became a union official or executive - whatever it is called. He travels all over the US speaking & goes to great conventions. I was so jealous growing up of all the trips they family went on. He makes over 200k a year & has an expense account that is over 100k. They travel first class & eat at the best restaurants. Everything gets expensed to the union - yeah sucks for everyone else. This guy got a friend of our family who was in the Navy but didn't go to college a job. He is a supervisor & makes 165k a year & gets overtime. That is good money for someone who didn't go to college.
